Extrusion Utility – 2nd Shift
Pries Enterprises is looking for an Extrusion Utility Operator to join our 2nd Shift Press Crew! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, have strong attention to detail, and like multitasking, this could be the opportunity for you.
Previous machine operation experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
Schedule2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Monday – Friday
Occasional Saturdays based on production needs
Up to $22.00 per hour
Benefits eligibility after just 30 days of employment
Metatarsal Guarded Steel-Toe Boots Required
$150 PPE Reimbursement Available
The Extrusion Utility Operator is a key member of the press team, supporting daily production operations, coordinating die and alloy changes, assisting with machine setups, and helping ensure efficient, high-quality extrusion production. This position offers excellent opportunities to develop advanced manufacturing skills within a company celebrating 50 years of extrusion excellence.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with completing daily production reports and documentation.
Coordinate and perform die and alloy changes to support production schedules.
Work with the production team to improve productivity, reduce scrap, and optimize press performance.
