- People Leader: Lead and mentor a team of commerce specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in a commerce‑focused environment. Set clear goals and performance expectations, provide feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Client‑Centric: Own and manage key client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment with client objectives and commerce business goals. Lead strategic client meetings and presentations, tailoring communication to diverse audiences including executive‑level stakeholders.
- Product‑Led: Integrate the company’s product and technology suite into commerce strategies, focusing on scalability, growth, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies and alignment with broader company initiatives.
- Data & Measurement: Oversee the analysis of complex commerce data to extract actionable insights, providing strategic recommendations for optimization and ensuring alignment with clients’ KPIs. Monitor and report on commerce performance using analytics tools.
- Channel Specific Expertise & The Tinuiti Way: Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive commerce strategies, demonstrating thought leadership within the commerce vertical/channel and contributing strategic insights internally and externally.
- Owner Mindset: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, retention, and profitability for commerce clients, measured by key performance indicators such as revenue growth and market share. Contribute to a culture of innovation by experimenting with new commerce strategies and tools.

10+ years of experience in commerce or e‑commerce roles with a proven track record of executing successful growth strategies.
Hiring salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (Rev Share) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
