LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse (Full-time Evening Shift) – Cherrelyn Healthcare Center (Part time and full time)

As a member of our team, you will provide compassionate, intelligent, and caring clinical care to seniors, and serve as a trusted caregiver and advocate.

• Competitive salary: $29.50–$37.37/hr, commensurate with experience

In the heart of our mission, your duties will include:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided
• Respond to resident needs and call lights with compassion and urgency
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care

• Current LPN license in good standing
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently
• Can‑do attitude with a commitment to exceptional resident care
• Genuine love for seniors
