• Active RN license in Arkansas
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• Proficiency in BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC may be required
• Minimum 18 months recent experience in an acute‑care emergency room setting
• Other requirements as determined by the client facility

• Provide comprehensive emergency department nursing care for patients with a wide range of illnesses and trauma.
• Recognize and treat life‑threatening conditions in a timely manner.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize trauma and medical patients with decisive action.
• Apply knowledge of general and specific health issues relevant to emergency care.
• Utilize triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make rapid, accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.
