• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements
• Lead the development and execution of quality strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance overall product quality
• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, staying abreast of changes and updates
• Manage the quality control team, providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, to integrate quality standards into all aspects of the product life cycle
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
• Oversee the documentation and record-keeping process to track and report on quality metrics
• Implement and manage a robust training program to enhance the quality awareness and skills of the workforce
• Stay current with industry best practices, technological advancements, and emerging trends in quality management

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on ISO standards and Quality GMS
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required. Advanced degree or certifications in quality management preferred
• Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and implementing ISO 9001 standards
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, statistical process control, and Six Sigma principles
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving quality objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools
• Experience with transformer manufacturing or a related industry is preferred
• Experience with Switchgear Engineering and Test Engineering considered beneficial
