• (Co) develop Site Validation Masterplan (S‑VMP) and keep S‑VMP up to date to internal and external developments, ensuring the site is always audit ready.
• Lead and coordinate validation activities while providing clear evidence of status.
• Ensure a consistent approach is adopted for all validation activities and related activities by setting the standards, coaching, supporting and leading by example.
• Ensure capital projects are delivered compliant with the latest validation standards according to the required quality standards.
• Develop validation master plan for capital projects, actively drive the timely delivery of qualification documents and monitor follow‑up on deviation issues.
• Manage validation budget within capital project to ensure execution of project validation master plan.
• Lead audit inspections with respect to equipment validation.

• Good communication skills, verbally and written, in English and Dutch.
• In‑depth knowledge of validation processes and standards. Knowledge of GMP and food safety (FSSC 22000/HACCP).
• Knowledge of engineering and project management methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced 24/7 organization in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical thinker, strong organizer, communicative, flexible and team player.
• Accurate in documentation.

• Bachelor degree or master degree in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in managing/execution of validation processes for multidisciplinary projects, preferably in food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industry.

A full‑time contract with excellent working conditions and a salary between 4608 euro and 6583 euro depending on knowledge and experience. Mead Johnson has a 38‑hour working week with 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days.
