Overview
We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
- Manage sales transactions and operate the assigned cash register.
- Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, recover merchandise, and receive and unload shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment and interact professionally with customers, associates, and leaders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store (highly preferred).
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
- Physical ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height and endure frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
- Excellent customer service, relationship management, organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
