Restaurant Manager - Food Service Supervisor - Management
Braum's is looking for a positive, energetic person to join our team, offering an excellent compensation package and opportunities for advancement.
Position: General Manager
Annual Compensation: $88,500 - $92,500
Experience: 3 years
Shift: 10:00 am – 7:30 pm
Work Schedule:
Rotating 3‑week schedule, expected 45‑hour work week.
Reports to: District Manager
General Manager’s role:

- Oversee daily operations of food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
- Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members, ensuring unit goals are achieved.
- Provide an enhanced customer‑centric culture with consistent guest service and food quality.
- Customer focus.
- Strong work ethic with high standard for integrity.
- Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all levels of the store team.
- Ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust.
- Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs and store environment conditions.
- Effective communication with leadership team members.
- Ability to identify optimal team alignment to enhance performance.
- Follow‑up and follow‑through discipline.
- Initiate action and achieve goals.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to follow practices/procedures.
- Analytical skill to review, understand, and analyze reporting results.
- 3-5 years of running, managing, and leading a retail store unit.
- Associate’s Degree or some college preferred.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
