Restaurant Manager - Food Service Supervisor - Management

Braum's is looking for a positive, energetic person to join our team, offering an excellent compensation package and opportunities for advancement.

Position: General Manager

Annual Compensation: $88,500 - $92,500

Experience: 3 years

Shift: 10:00 am – 7:30 pm

Work Schedule:

Rotating 3‑week schedule, expected 45‑hour work week.

Reports to: District Manager

General Manager’s role:
Braum’s leaders execute the company’s brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values, creating a great customer experience and maximizing sales. By recognizing the importance of our people, we strengthen the team’s contribution toward achieving unit goals.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
  • Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
  • Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members, ensuring unit goals are achieved.
  • Provide an enhanced customer‑centric culture with consistent guest service and food quality.
Qualifications
  • Customer focus.
  • Strong work ethic with high standard for integrity.
  • Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all levels of the store team.
  • Ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust.
  • Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs and store environment conditions.
  • Effective communication with leadership team members.
  • Ability to identify optimal team alignment to enhance performance.
  • Follow‑up and follow‑through discipline.
  • Initiate action and achieve goals.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to follow practices/procedures.
  • Analytical skill to review, understand, and analyze reporting results.
  • 3-5 years of running, managing, and leading a retail store unit.
  • Associate’s Degree or some college preferred.
  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license.
