AboutThe Role
Pursue a full‑time remote role as a Sales Conversion Specialist (formerly "Closer") aligned with 9:00 am‑6:00 pm EST. Convert qualified leads into long‑term clients by communicating value, handling objections with confidence, and demonstrating a deep understanding of our services. Engage prospects during the final stage of the sales cycle, ensuring they feel supported and informed as they move toward a partnership with Giga Brands.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute final‑stage sales calls with qualified prospects
- Identify client needs and tailor solutions to address concerns and objections
- Negotiate terms, present proposals, and close deals while nurturing a positive client experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- At least 2 years of experience closing sales, ideally within e‑commerce, digital marketing, or related high‑growth environments
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value clearly and confidently
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, objection‑handling, and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales processes
- Highly self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and disciplined in daily work habits
- Comfortable working remotely with strong time‑management and organizational skills
- Monthly units closed
