In this role you will:
- Drive adoption of Allo Flo Uveo and
C.Rex across your assigned territory. - Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan that aligns with market dynamics and corporate goals.
- Have an in‑depth understanding of market access.
- Build and strengthen relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and their practice staff.
- Establish physician advocacy within ASCs and academic training programs to gain access for products to be used in affiliated centers.
- Collaborate with the administration of ASCs and hospital groups to secure approval for our products.
- Represent Iantrek at key congresses, wet labs, and local events.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (clinical, marketing, training) to support surgeon onboarding and utilization.
- Maintain accurate, timely records in the company CRM to ensure pipeline visibility and accountability.
- Deliver on sales goals while embodying Iantrek’s values of trust, accountability, and collaboration.
- 5+ years of experience in ophthalmic sales, preferably in medical devices (Surgical Glaucoma).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage with surgeons on procedural and patient‑care benefits.
- Self‑starter with excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally nationwide.
