Clarus is looking for a Home Health Account Executive who’s interested in an opportunity to be at the forefront of Healthcare innovation while being a part of a company that continues to grow over 30% every year.

The Home Health Account Executive at Clarus will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to revolutionize patient communication within Medical Offices. Our product, a SaaS and AI Call Management Solution for Ambulatory Clinics, is designed to ensure patients have all their needs met efficiently when reaching out to their Provider offices. Clarus is not a start-up since we have over 30,000 users currently on the platform.

Clarus is also one of the fastest-growing patient communication technologies in the market, with strong market momentum and adoption. As a Home Health Account Executive
, you will engage directly with Senior Executives in Home Health Agencies to help them dramatically improve how they communicate with patients while delivering significant cost savings and higher levels of patient access.

Total Compensation

$200K - $300K OTE (UNCAPPED!)

Breakdown

50% Base Salary ($80K - $100K) + 50% Commission (UNCAPPED!), Plus 25% of base salary sign-on, paid after 6 months!

Long Term Incentives

As a Home Health Account Executive, you will be eligible for additional Long Term Incentives based on tenure and performance!

Location

Fully remote, plus 40% travel.

  • Territory Planning & Account Strategy Development: Continuously analyze market trends within your territory to develop target Account selection, refine account strategies, and optimize prospecting approaches (WEEKLY TRAVEL REQUIRED)
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: The Home Health Account Executive role has a focused Go To Market strategy with many inbound leads generated from marketing channels. In addition, there is a mix between strategic account expansion and new account acquisition.
  • Getting A Prospect From “This is Awesome” To “Let’s Go!”: 99% of prospects after receiving a demo of the Clarus product are impressed and see the value. The Home Health Account Executive works with these prospects to help them align their teams and get an implementation started.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with multiple stakeholders (7+), including COOs and VPs of Patient Access and Patient Experience, to build consensus and drive the decision-making process.
  • Value Proposition Articulation: Develop and present compelling business cases that clearly demonstrate the value and ROI of our software solutions. The value Clarus provides to Ambulatory Clinics is well defined – supported by case studies as well as industry experts, such as KLAS, who rate the Clarus product as one of the best in the industry (VIEW KLAS REPORT HERE: ).
  • Contract Negotiation & Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and company objectives.
