Job DescriptionSecurity Officer Patrol Agent in Calvert, AL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour
Job Schedule:
- Wed 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM
- Thur 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM
- Fri 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM
- Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, helping to identify potential issues and support site protocols.
- Monitor access points, observe activity within assigned areas, and communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and/or local responders as needed.
- Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, following post instructions, and completing required reports related to daily activities and incidents.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
