Embark Behavioral Health is hiring a Night Watch Supervisor to lead overnight care for adolescents aged 12–17 in our residential program. You will oversee safety, coach overnight staff, and ensure a secure, structured night environment.
Responsibilities include supervising night staff, maintaining security, handling critical incidents, coordinating with leadership, and joining rotating on-call duties. A high school diploma is required and CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
