Training includes extensive instruction in X-ray imaging of explosive devices, firearms, concealed weapons, and other prohibited items, ensuring compliance with Maritime and Security Guard Industry standards.
The Field Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pine Bluff, AR. The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security personnel in the field, ensuring posts are properly staffed, and confirming that officers follow company policies, procedures, and client requirements. This role includes conducting site inspections, monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback, and addressing operational issues in real time.
The Field Supervisor collaborates with clients and internal teams to resolve concerns, maintain high service standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines. Additional responsibilities may include scheduling, reporting incidents, supporting training initiatives, and assisting with onboarding of new security staff.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise field staff, coordinate schedules, and manage day-to-day operations in a security or similar environment.
- Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, and customer service to interact effectively with clients, team members, and the public.
- Knowledge of security protocols, safety practices, and applicable regulations; prior experience in maritime, terminal, or facility security is beneficial.
- Capability to perform site inspections, document incidents accurately, and use basic computer and reporting tools.
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and integrity, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Availability to work full-time on-site, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support operational demands.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security certifications or training are an advantage.
