Tint Trainee

Job Summary

As an Installer Trainee, you will be responsible for your continued growth in quality, customer service, and installation of our products.

• Install with a high level of quality
• Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail
• Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third‑party locations
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high‑end vehicles
• Excellent eye‑hand coordination and dexterity
• Must listen and follow instructions well
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees
