Are you a Field Technician, Field Engineer, or Service Technician, or are you interested in starting a career in this field? Are you tech‑savvy with a strong mechanical aptitude? We want you to help us provide best‑in‑class service to some of the largest retail customers in the industry. As a Field Service Technician, you will act as a first‑line response, communicate clearly, triage customer issues and handle problems before they arise, using formal training provided by NCR Voyix to deliver solutions that build long‑term relationships.

• Hourly Pay Range: $17 to $19 (depends on location and experience)
• Overtime available at time and a half
• Benefits: 7 paid holidays, 6 paid floating holidays, up to 80 hours paid vacation in the first year, 401 K savings and retirement plan, company‑provided business‑use vehicle, medical insurance available immediately

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance work, and system overhauls.

• Local candidate in the Little Rock, AR area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged travel, including several hours of driving per day.
• Flexible shift work: rotating and weekend shifts, including rotating schedules within set teams (morning, afternoon, evening, and some holidays).
• Capacity to lift tools, parts, and equipment up to 75 lbs without assistance, and up to 150 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects of varying sizes repetitively.
• Willingness to be trained on and operate small‑scale scissor lifts in retail environments.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• A+ certification, CompTIA N+, or other related certifications.
• One or more years of related experience.
