Termite Technician

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines.
• Apply anti‑termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
• Communicate critical conditions to the customer and discuss procedures and structural modifications.
• Verify job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services provided.

• Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations.
• Prepare the job site for treatment.
• Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb over and on top of structures; ascend and descend stairs and ladders.
• Work 20 feet up on a ladder and in small confined spaces.
• General laborer, carpentry, cement, roofing, gutter, and attic experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on roofs and high areas.
• Full use of PPE, such as an OSHA‑compliant respirator, while working in confined spaces.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to use a company vehicle and gas card.
• At least 1 year of customer service or experience in termite control.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Flexible with working hours, Monday‑Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us).
• Basic math skills—add, subtract, multiply, divide, and follow mixing instructions on product labels.
