CDL-A - Regional Driver

If you’re looking for a position where the miles stay consistent and the pay reflects it week after week, this is a solid setup. Drivers typically run 2,200–2,500 miles and earn between $1,200 and $1,500 weekly, with a schedule that stays predictable.

This is a full-time W2 role with steady freight, planned routes, and home time every two weeks.

• Dry van freight with no-touch loads
• About 60% drop and hook to keep you moving
• Mix of live and preloaded trailers
• Day and night runs depending on dispatch

• $0.56–$0.65 CPM based on experience
• Weekly earnings usually fall between $1,200–$1,500
• Average 2,200–2,500 miles per week
• Additional pay for stops, layovers, and breakdowns
• Pay increases every six months
• Weekly direct deposit
• $300 paid orientation

• Home every two weeks on a consistent and planned schedule

• Assigned Freightliner and Kenworth tractors (2022–2025)

• Must be at least 21 with a valid Class A CDL
• Open to recent CDL holders and drivers with 6+ months experience
• Stable work history
• No major violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
• No DUI within the last 5 years
• No safety-related terminations
• Employment history must meet company standards
• Must pass urine and hair follicle drug screening
