Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic accounts that pay a daily salary, provide great home time, and feature exceptional benefits. Training is offered for those without cryogenic experience.

• First year pay ranges from $85,000 to $106,000 with a starting salary of $300.30 per day.
• Daily rate increases by $3 every six months, capped at $324 per day.
• Trainer incentive: $125 per day plus a $1,000 bonus at the end of training.
• Qualified trainers who can train new hires in cryogenics earn an additional $100 per day.

• “Shadow” training: you run your truck while the trainer runs theirs; no cab sharing or double bunking.
• All trucks are 579 Petes with automatic transmission; no slip seating.

• Full benefits commence after 60 days.
• Annual vacation: one week after the first 52 weeks of service.
• Medical coverage and 401(k) with company match.

• Run dedicated regional or local accounts, available for all 48 states; opting out of any region is not permitted.
• Home breaks:
  Company covers flights home and back; if within 200 miles of home, drivers may drive home.
• Maximum duty outside home: 21 days; maximum home time per break: 7 days (unless taking vacation).

• Must possess at least one year of OTR or regional driving experience within the past three years.
• Have a valid tanker (X) and hazmat endorsement at the time of application.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the past five years.
• Must be willing to fly home; non‑flyers are not eligible.
• Individuals with any felony convictions are ineligible for hire.
• Individuals who have failed or refused a DOT drug test (regardless of SAP completion) are ineligible.
