Class A Flatbed Drivers Will Train Securement Home Weekends (Full Time)

Looking for Class A drivers that have flatbed experience and those that need training in flatbed securement. Drivers get home every weekend while averaging $1400-$1600 per week along with full benefits, while having a rider and a pet with you at no charge.

• All drivers start at 27% of the load. Drivers average $1450-$1600 per week and, while we are an OTR company, drivers generally run the five states around their domicile location.
• Drivers will run Monday–Friday/Saturday and get a minimum of 34 hours for rest each week.
• Full benefits start on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and more.
• Pets and riders are welcome at no charge from day one (if you go through training, they are welcome once you receive the truck).
• Experienced drivers: if you qualify as an experienced flatbed driver (see below) and have five jobs or less in the last three years, a $5,000 bonus is paid: $1,500 upon your first load dropped, $1,500 at 180 days, and $2,000 at one year.
• Trucks are no more than three years old and are assigned to the driver. Currently, we have Cascadias and T680s, all automatic, and trucks may be taken home.

• To qualify as an experienced flatbed driver you must have either
  • One full year of verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience in any type of trailer 48 or longer, along with 6 months of that being verifiable Class A regional or OTR flatbed in the last three years.
  • Nine months verifiable Class A OTR or regional flatbed experience in the last three years.
• To qualify to train to learn flatbed you must have one full year of verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience in the last three years.
• No more than six Class A driving jobs in the last three years.
• No more than three moving violations in the last three years. If you have a major moving violation you may not have any other moving violations in the last three years.
• You may have one DOT Preventable Recordable accident in the year as long as there is no fatality or injury.
• You may not have been terminated from your most recent job for safety.
• No felonies in the last seven years and no pending charges.
• No midemeanors in the last three years.
