** About this opportunity
** The Driver Manager position is a key operation role focused on supporting drivers and ensuring efficient load coordination. This opportunity offers hands-on experience and a strong entry point for building a career in transportation.
** Pay and Schedule
** This position is
*** Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM***. The pay range is $50,000 - $60,000/year dependent on experience.

** How will you contribute to the success of the team?
*** Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with drivers to support their success
* Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries by effectively tracking and tracing loads
* Identify patterns, trends, and irregularities through both independent analysis and team collaboration
* Respond to urgent situations with professionalism and sound judgment
* Communicate clearly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
* Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to support daily operations
