Salary: Top 50% average $101,176 per year

CPM: Starting pay $0.64 to $0.67 per mile

Required Experience: One‑year verifiable tractor‑trailer experience with a Class A CDL

Drivers are paid based on practical miles, meaning drivers receive compensation for 3‑5% more total miles per year than companies that pay based on short‑route miles. The most productive 50% of our Crete Carrier and Shaffer Trucking OTR drivers average more than $101,176 annually.
