• Punctuality and Dependability:
  Show up on time and be reliable for all assigned shifts.

• Patient Accountability:
  Take full responsibility for each assigned patient under the supervision of the supervising RN.
• Medication Knowledge:
  Stay informed about all medications, reactions, and dosage requirements for your patient.
• Communication:
  Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with staff, patients, and families.
• Continuous Learning:
  Engage in educational tools and in-services to expand your knowledge of diseases, age-specific care, and best practices.
• Direct Patient Care:
  Provide thorough, compassionate care and report any changes in the patient's condition to the supervising care team to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborative Care:
  Assist physicians and healthcare professionals in caring for the patient, providing detailed reports at the end of each shift to the oncoming nurse.
• Other Duties as Assigned:
  Support the care team with additional responsibilities as needed

• Up to Date Physical
• BLS CPR Card
• Full Nursing License
• QuantiFERON or PPD
