Locations: Pine Hill, NJ, USA
Pay: $60,000 – $65,000 USD annually
DescriptionSchedule: Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday with flexibility for two evening shifts per week; on‑call duties for crisis emergencies.
Responsibilities- Conduct biopsychosocial and intake assessments.
- Develop initial safety/soothing plans and document, consult, debrief with families.
- Provide individual therapy using evidence‑based practice.
- Facilitate group therapy.
- Lead family therapy with family of origin or natural supports using evidence‑based approach.
- Maintain daily face‑to‑face contact and “check‑ins” with each youth.
- Attend and direct monthly treatment team meetings.
- Model and train staff in the Nurtured Heart Approach.
- Offer on‑going clinical case management services.
- Document all pertinent case information and maintain client records in EHR.
- Facilitate service linkages and referrals.
Assist in developing relevant staff training programs. - Cooperate with Oaks Integrated Care and the Department of Human Services for inspections and investigations.

- Master’s Degree in clinical social work, psychology, sociology, or an equivalent field.
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). Licenses such as LPC or LCSW are strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing youth mental health services.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Familiarity with the Nurtured Heart Approach preferred.
- Pre‑employment drug screening required.
