Pinehurst Coins is a leading precious metals and numismatics dealer committed to delivering exceptional service and value to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Associate to join our team and support our financial operations.

The Accounting Associate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the accounting team with day-to-day activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and internal records
• Assist with daily cash reporting and deposits
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with audits and financial reviews as needed
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners regarding financial matters
• Perform general administrative duties related to accounting

• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Quick Books, and/or Net Suite, an accounting software, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
