Will be responsible for answering the phone and processing calls. Scheduling meetings. Entering statistical data, run basic line and bar graph reports. Edit documents. Serves as backup to process payroll as needed. Maintain files. Maintain and coordinate directors' calendar. Develop PowerPoint presentations. Makes follow-up calls with insurance providers. Writes agendas, assembles materials and takes notes for meetings as directed.
QualificationsCompletion of high school or equivalent is required. Completion of secretarial/computer/business courses is required. Graduation from a college training program is preferred. At least 3 years of secretarial and computer work experience, including Microsoft or its equivalent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required. Medical terminology knowledge required. Must be able to type 45-50 wpm and multitask in fast-paced environment.
