Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service to members and potential members, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Sign-Ups And Tours: Assist with member sign‑ups and conduct facility tours to showcase our amenities and services.
- Phone Support: Answer phone calls professionally, providing information and assistance to callers.
- Kid's Center Coverage: Provide coverage in our Kid's Center, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
- Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks related to member registration, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the community to promote our facility and services, building positive relationships with members and potential members.
- Customer Service
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service is preferred, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using computers and office software
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Primary office and facility environment.
Physical Activity- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
