First Health of the Carolinas is seeking a Neurohospitalist to join our established inpatient neuroscience program at our flagship campus and certified stroke center
, Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC. This is an excellent opportunity to practice high‑quality, team‑based neurology in a well‑resourced, community‑focused hospital environment. Live in a desirable resort destination just one hour away from Raleigh/Durham!

About the Opportunity:

• Dedicated inpatient Neurohospitalist role.
• Desirable block schedule with 45 day shifts per quarter.

• Two Neurohospitalists on service most shifts, collegial environment.
• Established intensivist, hospitalist, neurosurgery, and specialty support.
• Epic EMR system throughout the health system.

• Completion of ACGME‑ or AOA‑approved Neurology residency and board certification required.
• Completion of vascular neurology or neurocritical fellowship is optional.
• Must have clean background, ability to get NC licensure and NC DEA.
• AHA ACLS certification required.
