Overview
Assists the organization and individuals to improve performance by designing training and learning solutions. The role requires a continuous improvement mindset with knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and project management skills.
Responsibilities- Design e-learning modules to meet regulatory requirements, promote personal development and upskill employees.
- Remain updated on latest trends and technologies in learning & development
- Assist employees with onboarding/annual training.
- Retrieve journal articles through digital collections.
- Assist department with gathering, analyzing, and interpreting information to help identify educational needs.
- Bachelors Degree in Education, Healthcare or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training/education and instructional design.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems.
- Proficiency in designing curriculum and training materials.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
