Student Tutor: Empower Students & Track

the tutor’s goal is to empower, enable, encourage, and assist students in a specific subject, investigate and determine areas of weakness, and develop/share supportive strategies with the student. The tutor will maintain clear and concise records of each meeting and complete and submit an accurate and detailed report each month.

• assisting students in understanding concepts in qualified subject.
• addressing areas of concern.
• focusing students on the task at hand.
• maintaining records of each meeting, and completing monthly reports.
• other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate and/or necessary by the tutoring center coordinator.

currently enrolled scc student, in good academic standing.
