Branch Manager - Pinehurst

Position Overview

Branch Manager within PNC's Retail Banking organization, located in Pinehurst, NC. Responsible for leading all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue, customer loyalty, risk management, talent acquisition, and operational excellence.

PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

• Lead branch performance and drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients and solutions that support financial well‑being.
• Build a differentiated omni‑channel customer experience and collaborate with ecosystem partners.
• Account for risk management, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and mitigation of sales practice risk.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high‑performing branch team and foster an inclusive workplace.
• Guide the delivery of client experience, technology‑enabled interactions, problem resolution, and seamless cross‑branch service.
• Achieve sales targets using a branded sales process, grow revenue from share‑of‑wallet and new acquisition, and support business banking through community involvement.
• Develop and execute employee performance plans and support ongoing development.

Required: 3+ years of related experience in branch banking or similar environment.
