Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting for the assigned day shift (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week). Assist with assessment, treatment, education, and documentation of patients, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Work with the client in North Carolina to meet care goals and comply with facility protocols throughout the 13‑week assignment.
