Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant - per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for the Pinehurst, North Carolina area.

This position is part‑time or per diem and involves performing home health visits for our Scotland County Visits office. The role serves adult and geriatric patients, providing treatment, tests, client education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well‑being.
• Provide treatment, tests, client education, and appropriate interventions.
• Perform other activities as requested.

• Current licensure or certification in the state of North Carolina.
• Graduated from a two‑year college‑level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma; OR
• Have two years of appropriate experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant and a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam conducted, approved or sponsored by the U.S. Public Health Service when initial qualification occurred before December 31 1977; OR
• Have at least one year’s work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
