Full-Time | $75,000+ Base (DOE) | Performance Incentives

A busy and highly reputable medspa is seeking an experienced Practice Manager / Medical Office Manager to lead operations, strengthen front office performance, and drive profitability in a growing medical aesthetics practice.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands both patient experience and business performance. Strong operational skills and comfort with financial KPIs are essential.

Compensation
  • Base salary starting at $75,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities Operations & Team Leadership
  • Oversee front desk and scheduling operations
  • Optimize schedule utilization and patient flow
  • Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable
  • Elevate patient experience and retention
  • Strengthen systems, compliance, and workflows
Financial & KPI Management
  • Review and analyze P&Ls
  • Track KPIs (utilization, conversion, retention, revenue per visit)
  • Forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities
  • Implement operational improvements to increase profitability
Growth & Expansion
  • Support transition into expanded facility and future training center
  • Build scalable systems for long-term growth
Qualifications Required
  • Practice management or medical office leadership experience
  • Experience analyzing financial reports and KPIs
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and solutions‑oriented
  • Comfortable being accountable to measurable performance goals
Strongly Preferred
  • Experience in a med spa, medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or other elective/cash‑pay medical setting
  • Experience managing front office teams in a high‑service environment
