Human Resources Manager | Leadership Opportunity | Part-Time to Full-Time

Pinehurst Coins is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team. This position will initially be part-time (approximately 20–30 hours per week) with the expectation of transitioning into a full-time leadership role as our company continues to grow.

• Serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding efforts.
• Manage employee relations while providing coaching and guidance to managers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Review compensation structures, pay bands, and salary recommendations.
• Coordinate employee benefits administration and vendor relationships.
• Support payroll processes and maintain accurate HR records.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Assist leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Previous experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience developing HR policies and improving workplace processes.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
