Kraken Kinetics is seeking an experienced Net Suite Administrator to lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing optimization of our Oracle Net Suite ERP platform. This individual will play a critical role in partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure Net Suite supports our rapidly growing business. Following implementation, this role will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the platform, driving continuous improvement, system enhancements, user adoption, and business process optimization.

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Oracle Net Suite.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and implementation consultants throughout the Net Suite implementation lifecycle.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Net Suite solutions.
• Configure and maintain Net Suite modules including Financials, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.
• Configure workflows, saved searches, dashboards, custom records, fields, forms, and role-based permissions.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and go-live activities.
• Maintain overall system health through ongoing administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes.
• Recommend and implement system enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives following implementation.
• Evaluate new Net Suite functionality and recommend adoption where appropriate.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, saved searches, KPIs, and reports to support business decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the ERP platform.
• Support business reporting and operational analytics.

• Support integrations between Net Suite and other business applications.
• Collaborate with internal IT resources and third-party vendors to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Assist with Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Analytics, Suite Talk, and other Net Suite customization tools as needed.
• Monitor integration health and proactively resolve system issues.

• Provide advanced user support across all functional departments.
• Develop documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
• Deliver end-user training and promote adoption of Net Suite best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Net Suite questions and system support.

• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security controls within Net Suite.
• Maintain system governance and ensure adherence to company security policies.
• Perform periodic audits to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Assist with change management and release management activities.

• 5+ years of experience administrating Net Suite or other ERP platform or technical support
• Experience participating in or leading a Net Suite implementation, migration, or major ERP deployment.
