Job Description & How to Apply Below

This role leads the supply‑side execution of Golf Pride’s Integrated Business Planning (SIOP) process, translating consensus demand and financial targets into an executable, capacity‑constrained supply plan within Kinaxis. It partners closely with Commercial Planning (Demand), FP&A, and Plant Supply Chain teams to ensure supply plans are realistic, balanced, and aligned to business objectives.

The position is full‑time and located at our headquarters in Pinehurst, NC, with relocation benefits available within the United States.

Expected annual salary range is $113,000 – $165,000 and includes eligibility for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:

The Senior SIOP Supply Planning Manager is a global people‑manager role, providing direct leadership to the Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) Planner and supporting end‑to‑end supply and inventory planning across four core sites: manufacturing plants in Taiwan and Thailand, and distribution centers in the United States and United Kingdom. The role owns the Supply Review step of the SIOP cycle, serves as the primary integrator of manufacturing capacity, long‑term capacity strategy, material availability, inventory policy, and network constraints across an 18‑month planning horizon, and leads long‑term capacity planning to identify gaps, constraints, and trade‑offs.

Responsibilities also include developing network‑wide inventory strategy, ensuring inventory supports customer service commitments while meeting working capital and financial targets, and partnering closely with Commercial Planning, FP&A, and Plant SCM teams to align supply assumptions, risks, and trade‑offs prior to executive decision‑making.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
  • Lead Supply Review in SIOP – Own the Supply Review step of Golf Pride’s SIOP process, translating demand and financial targets into executable, capacity‑constrained supply and inventory plans across an 18‑month horizon.
  • Long‑Term Capacity Planning – Partner with Plant Supply Chain teams to lead long‑term capacity planning, identify future capacity gaps and constraints, and surface trade‑offs and investment needs to support growth scenarios.
  • Kinaxis Supply Planning & Scenario Management – Own supply and inventory planning within Kinaxis, including capacity modeling, constraint management, and scenario analysis to evaluate demand changes, risks, and mitigation options.
  • Network Inventory Strategy – Define and govern network‑wide inventory strategies, playbooks, and planning parameters to balance customer service, working capital, and supply stability.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership – Partner closely with Commercial Planning, FP&A, and Plant SCM teams to ensure supply assumptions, risks, and trade‑offs are clearly understood and aligned prior to executive decision‑making.
  • People Leadership – Lead and develop the Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) Planner, ensuring alignment between DTC planning, supply execution, and broader SIOP objectives.
WHO YOU ARE

You are a structured, systems‑minded supply planning leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You balance long‑term capacity decisions with near‑term supply realities, communicate trade‑offs to senior leaders, and develop scalable processes.

You Bring
  • A strong end‑to‑end supply chain mindset, spanning capacity, inventory, and execution.
  • Experience with advanced planning systems (Kinaxis Rapid Response or equivalent) and ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, MFG Pro, or similar).
  • The ability to translate complexity into clear options and decisions.
  • Confidence to challenge assumptions while remaining collaborative and fact‑based.
  • Ability to build scalable processes, not one‑off fixes.
  • Leadership presence across levels, from plant teams to executive forums.
Qualifications Basic (Required) Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following functional areas:
Supply Chain, Operations Management, Materials Management, or Logistics, with demonstrated exposure to planning and execution environments.
  • 2+ years of experience with SIOP/IBP processes, including supply planning, capacity balancing, inventory management, and cross‑functional…
