As one of our Associate Directors of Operations at PMC, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for multiple clinical specialties and service areas within the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient, effective, financially responsible, and patient-centered operations across assigned areas while supporting the organization's purpose, mission, values, and strategic objectives.

The Director of Operations provides leadership and direction to Associate Directors of Operations, Practice Managers, Supervisors, and other operational leaders. The position establishes accountability for operational, financial, staffing, productivity, access, quality, compliance, and service performance and works collaboratively with physicians, APPs, clinical leaders, and administrative leadership to achieve organizational goals.

A day in the life of a PMC Director of Operations may include:

• Providing strategic and operational leadership for multiple clinical specialties and service areas in alignment with the organization's mission, values, and strategic goals.
• Providing leadership, direction, coaching, and accountability to Associate Directors of Operations, Practice Managers, Supervisors, and other operational leaders.
• Accountable for the overall operational and financial performance of assigned specialties, including staffing, productivity, utilization, access, expenses, and resource management.
• Partnering with physicians, APPs, clinical leaders, and administrative leaders to address operational challenges and improve patient care, access, provider performance, and the patient experience.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring operational plans, policies, procedures, and performance standards to support efficient, effective, and compliant operations.
• Analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and variances and developing action plans to improve performance and achieve organizational goals.
• Ensuring assigned areas comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
• Leading and supporting process improvement, technology implementation, and cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, standardization, access, quality, and service.
• Overseeing provider, staff, and patient relations within assigned areas and working with appropriate leaders to resolve complex operational and administrative issues.
• Developing and strengthening operational leadership through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and succession planning.
• Communicating regularly with providers, staff, and organizational leadership regarding operational performance, priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
• Preparing and presenting reports, managing assigned projects, participating in committees and organizational initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field or an Associate's Degree with five (5) or more years as a practice manager required. MHA or MBA, or Masters in a relevant field is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five (5) plus years' experience leading multisite physician practices high desired.
• Experience with MIPS and APM's high desired.

Shift: Day Shift (Monday through Friday) no weekends or holidays
