Lead Pastor (Full‑Time)

Position DescriptionThe church is seeking a lead pastor who is motivated to reach into this growing community and disciple and train the congregation to be outward focused. The pastor must also be strong in shepherding the current congregation.
Location- The village of Pinehurst is an affluent community famous for its golf course resort. The village has been rated the safest in the country for several years.
- 40% of the community are retirees; younger families are moving into the community near the church building.
- Must be eligible for a Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA) license and willing to begin the Alliance ordination process.
- Five to ten years of experience in pastoral ministry.
- Must be licensed with The Christian & Missionary Alliance.
- Church Size: 55 average Sunday attendance.
- Setting: semi‑rural, suburban.
- History:
Approximately 42 years old, planted in 1984. The congregation is older, friendly, and welcoming. The current pastor is ready for retirement and has guided the search committee to begin the process to seek their next pastor.
