Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs (including trach/vent) across all ages, supporting families and ensuring safe, high‑quality care.

• Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• Current CPR certification (in‑person only).
• TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
• Ability to work night shifts.

LPN Pay Rate: $28–$32 per hour.

RN Pay Rate: $29–$33 per hour.
