ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

$57-64 per hour

Independent Contractor – provide shifts on demand via Care Rev; schedule your shifts; pay twice weekly; no long‑term commitments.

Provide direct patient care in the intensive care unit, including assessment, planning, coordination, evaluation, and delegation of skilled patient care. Manage ventilators, chest tubes, and proning of patients. Assist with intubation, central and arterial line placement, and para/thoracentesis. Follow COVID ICU protocols, CRRT, and ECMO as applicable. Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Current RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Current ACLS certification. NIHSS certification may be required prior to the first shift.
• Minimum of 2 years full‑time experience as an ICU RN within the last year.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate, and delegate skilled patient care.
• Competency in managing ventilators, chest tubes, and proning patients.
• Strong familiarity with intubation, central and arterial line placement, and para/thoracentesis.
• Experience with COVID ICU protocols, CRRT, and/or ECMO is a plus.
