First Health of the Carolinas is seeking a Palliative Care RN to educate patients and families about disease processes and end-of-life conversations. The role includes home or facility visits to monitor needs and symptom changes, with communication to the care team to coordinate management.
Ideal candidates will have a BSN, NC license, and 2+ years in nursing (palliative care preferred). A valid NC driver’s license and CPR are required; CHPN certification is encouraged after experience.
