First Health of the Carolinas in central North Carolina is seeking a nurse extern student to practice in all nursing areas under direct supervision, co‑assigned with an RN. This temporary position supports patient care as outlined in the nursing care plan.
Externs must be in good standing in a nationally accredited nursing program in their final year (Associate or Bachelors). Extern Start Dates are 7/20/26 or 8/3/26; BLS is required and weekend/holiday shifts may be needed.
