Experienced Palliative Care NP/PA - 100% Inpatient - in Pinehurst, NC. Join a close‑knit team that is making a difference. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to carry out our mission, “To care for people.”

- The inpatient Palliative Care APP treats patients across multiple units at Moore Regional Hospital.
- The care team includes seven Palliative Care APPs and two dedicated social workers.
- Multi‑disciplinary approach to care; collaborate with Hospitalists, specialists, nurses, discharge planners and others.
- Dependable schedule offers work‑life balance… Monday through Friday, 8 A-5 P, no call.

- NP must be a graduate of a nurse practitioner education program and have national certification.
- PA must be a graduate of an AMA‑approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification.
- Minimum 2 years of advanced practice experience required. APPs function autonomously across all units.
- Must be able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion in decision‑making.
- Exceptional communication skills; must be able to effectively navigate sensitive patient/family discussions.
- Clean background, NC license, and NC DEA required.
- AHA ACLS certification required.
