• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 12-Hour Shifts
• Rotating weekends as needed

• Provide direct nursing care including assessments, medications, wound care, and treatments
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
• Supervise CNAs and support daily clinical operations
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Partner with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

• Active North Carolina RN License
• Current CPR Certification
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills
• Dependable attendance and team-focused mindset
