We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Step Down Unit Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
Key responsibilitiesAssuming accountability for delivering high‑quality patient care, integrating organizational values, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards.
Qualifications- At least 2 years of recent RN experience
- Minimum 1 year in PCU
- Current RN license in the state of practice (compact license acceptable)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent communication.
Key dutiesProviding patient assessments, administering treatments, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring patient safety during night shifts.
