In this role, you will engage with a patient population of all ages managing a spectrum of family practice needs in an outpatient setting. You can expect to provide manage chronic diseases, immunizations, blood pressure screening, nutritional counseling, family planning counseling, prenatal care, etc. Working with a full support staff, ideal candidate needs to be a team player. Must have 2+ years of experience.
