Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, we are committed to delivering exceptional care while supporting the growth and success of our employees.

• Full-time

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

• 12-hour shifts

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time employees, paid throughout the first year

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene

• Monitor vital signs and accurately document care provided

• Support residents during mealtimes and daily routines

• Provide emotional support and companionship

• Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Active North Carolina CNA certification

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
