The Cardiac Specialty Unit (CSU) at First Health of the Carolinas is an intermediate unit focused on pre- and post-procedural cardiac care, including NSTEMI and chest pain requiring interventions. Nurses on CSU participate in bedside procedures, manage arterial access devices, and monitor patient status to promote optimal outcomes.
Candidates must hold a NC RN license or a compact state RN license and have BCLS; ACLS certification is expected. Experience is preferred.
