You will prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, review drawings, specifications, and contract documents, and perform quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam.
You will identify project risks, solicit vendor pricing, develop bid packages, and coordinate handoffs to operations after award, while mentoring junior estimators and driving process
